At Bichhavans.com, we are dedicated to delivering your order with excellent packaging and within the promised timeframe. We ship throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition as quickly as possible, we partner with trusted courier services. In areas where courier services are unavailable, we will ship your items via Government Registered Speedpost. If that is also not feasible, we will refund your payment.

  • Free shipping within India on all orders above INR 999 within India.
  • International shipping charges are borne by the client.

    • Orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 days, excluding Sundays.
    • Typically, deliveries arrive within 5-6 working days.
    • If you prefer express shipping, Please leave a note when placing your order or contact us to discuss additional charges.
    • Most orders are delivered within 10 working days.
  • Customized Products:
    • Orders with finishes, stitching, or customizations may require 10-12 days for dispatch.
  • International Orders:
    • Delivery may take 5-7 extra days beyond the usual timelines mentioned above.
